How long does it take for shipping & delivery?

Shipping and delivery may take between 4-6 business days.

What is your return policy?

From time of purchase, you have 10 days to return the product to receive a full refund. Product must be untouched/unused and returned in the same format it was shipped.

What is the hair grade?

The Bare Hair Collection has 3 different grades of hair:
12a hair grade and raw unprocessed Indian hair in our Princess and Queen Collections. All of our raw bundles come from a single donor.

What styles/textures do you sell?

Bare Hair Collection styles and textures include:

12A Grade: Straight, Body Wave, Kinky Straight, and Loose Deep Wave.

Raw unprocessed single donor bundles (Princess and Queen collections): Straight and Wavy
